"I have had the pleasure of working with Nikki, my insurance agent at State Farm, for around two years now, and I can't say enough good things about her! Nikki's attention to detail and willingness to answer all my questions were impressive. She made what can often be a daunting process feel simple and straightforward. Kirk, who works alongside Nikki, recently reached out inquiring about a potential bundling deal with my renters and auto insurance. I was not sure if I wanted to hassle of changing my insurance, but I do not think Kirk could have made the process anymore seamless.
